Govt to borrow Tk 84,983cr from banks to meet up budget deficit
Financing Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal offers said overall spending plan deficit will come to be Tk 1,90,000 crore, which is 6 % of GDP.
Placing the new national budget for fiscal 2020-2021 in parliament in Thursday afternoon, he explained out of the total deficit, this individual said Tk 80,017 crore will get financed from exterior sources, while Tk 1,09,983 crore coming from domestic sources of which Tk 84,983 crore should come from the bank operating system and Tk 25,000 crore from cost savings certificates and different non-bank sources.
