Freedom Fighter crushed to death in Kurigram
A Freedom Fighter was crushed to death by a shallow-machine propelled trolley in Phulbari upazila of Kurigram Sunday (August 5).
The deceased was identified as Badsha Mia, 72.
Sources said that Badsha was on way to the upazila sadar by a bicycle, at noon.
A paddy-laden trolley crushed him on Phulbari-Borovita Road, leaving him critically injured, around 4:30pm.
He was taken to Phulbari Upazila Heath Complex and later shifted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital (RMCH) where he succumbed to the injuries.
