Female held for killing small daughter in Bhola
A woman reportedly killed her 18-month-old minimal daughter by reducing her throat with a chopper on Bhola Sadar upazila in Sunday morning.
The deceased was determined as Taiba Islam Mawa, child of couple Tania and Sabuj, hailing from the area.
Bhola Sadar Model Law enforcement Station Officer-in-fee (OC) Enayet Hossain said victim’s mom Tania killed Mawa with a knife in her home at Cheuakhali village found in Dhonia union of the upazila at 9:00 am.
On information, police recovered the body from the location and arrested Tania. Through the preliminary interrogation, Tania confessed to the murder. Police came to be aware of from locals that the woman was mentally sick, he explained.
OC Enayet even more said that your body was delivered to Bhola Sadar Medical center morgue for autopsy. Planning is underway to document a murder case in this connection.
