Faria's 'Bibaho Obhijaan' hits cinemas
Actress Nusraat Faria-starrer latest Indian-Bangla comedy film titled 'Bibaho Obhijaan', directed by Birsa Dasgupta was released on friday. The film has hit 53 prominent cinemas across the country following its initial release in India on June 21.
Playing one of the lead roles, Nusraat Faria will be seen opposite Tollywwod actor Ankush in the film. 'Bibaho Obhijaan' also casts Rudranil Ghosh, Sohini Sarkar, Anirban Bhattacharya and Priyanka Sarkar among others in different roles.
It is currently screening in Star Cineplex, Blockbuster Cinemas, Modhumita, Balaka, Shyamoli Cinema in the capital, Monihar (Jessore), New Metro (Narayanganj) along with 46 other theatres across the country.
The story of the film revolves around two friends Anupam (Ankush) and Rajat (Rudranil), who share a very strong bond. Anupam, a shy gentleman, marries the rebellious Rai (Nusraat Faria), while Rajat, an outspoken guy and winner of several debate contests, marries Maya (Sohini Sarkar) chosen by his family.
Soon after, they start getting the real flavor of what a married life feels like. Thus begins their marital adventure or Bibaho Obhijaan, a roller-coaster laughter riot which is a playful tribute to the eternal 'Tom & Jerry' bonding between husbands and wives.
Expressing her feeling, Nusraat Faria said, "I'm really thrilled to see that my latest film 'Bibaho Obhijaan' is ready to entertain the viewers in Bangladesh.
