EU considers consuming 1,500 kid refugees in Greece: German govt
EUROPE is considering consuming up to at least one 1,500 migrant children who are housed in Greek camps, Germany said Monday.
“A humanitarian solution has been negotiated at the European level for a ‘coalition of the willing’ to take these kids,” said the federal government in a statement.
Berlin was ready to take in an “appropriate” share, it added.
