Customers face disruption in few GP services
Customers have been facing disruption in accessing a few services of Grameenphone since last night.

They could not activate services through My GP App, Flexi Plan, Web Channel and USSD Channel from around 11:00pm last night. 

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Grameenphone, Yasir Azman, has acknowledged the problem and has apologised to customers for this inconvenience.

However, he added that other data services and voice customers are not facing any problems.

Sources inside the telecom have said the services are likely to be fully restored by 11:00pm tonight.

Grameenphone is one of the largest telecom service providers in Bangladesh with around 6.874 crore active customers as of May this year. Of them, half use internet services.
