Couple found dead in Ashulia
Police recovered the hanging bodies of a couple from a rented house in Sreepur area of Ashulia in Dhaka on Sunday afternoon (Sep 9).
Police also recovered a suicide note from the room.
The deceased were identified as Ebadat Hossain Akash, 25 and his wife Runa Akhter, 18. Both of them hailed from Feni district.
Runa used to work in a Readymade Garment factory but his husband was unemployed.
Ashulia police station officer-in-charge (OC) Sheikh Rezaul Huq Dipu said neighbors discovered their hanging bodies and informed police. Initially it seems the couple committed suicide.
The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) for autopsy, the OC added.
