1. Coconut oil- Cook your veggies in them or just consume it raw in morning empty stomach.

2. Coconut water- If it's available. you can drink coconut water 3-4 times a week (only if you don't have any cold and cough issues).
3. Coconut chutney- Its delicious & healthy.You can have it daily with your meals.
4. Coconut milk- You can make it at home and have it either in morning or at bed-time.
