CID finds rapist-killer of schoolgirl immediately after long 7 years
Long seven years following the rape and murder of a pregnant school girl, the Criminal Investigation Section (CID) has determined the alleged rapist and killer of her.
It was explained by Rangpur's CID's particular police super Milu Mia Biswas while addressing a good press conference at CID office found in Rangpur on Wednesday.
He said your body of Course IX scholar fatema Khatun was bought at her house in village Jaipur under Pirganj Police Station found in Rangpur on March 7, 2014. The postmortem report reveals that Fatema was pregnant and she was murdered. First, an unnatural death case was filed with Pirganj Police Station, and later on Fatema's family group filed a murder circumstance accusing unidentified murderers.
The CID took the responsibility of investigating the case after the Pirganj police could not make any progress in to the probe. Aftter changing of seven investigation officers (IOs), CID SI Ahsan had taken the fee of the circumstance as the 8th IO. He accumulated the DNA samples of victim Fatema's 14 family members. Subsequently, the DNA sample of Fatema's cousin Hasanur Rahman Shipon matched with the fetus within Fatema's womb through the postmortem.
Following arrest, Shipon confessed to the CID about rape of Fatema.
CID law enforcement super Milu Mia Biswas stated arrested Shipon would be produced before the courtroom on Thursday for remand.
