Chirkutt to perform in Australia
Popular Bangladeshi band Chirkutt will leave Dhaka on 10 October to perform in Australia for the first time. "We will take part in 'Bangladesh Night' at Sydney on 13 October. We will sing at another program in Melbourne on 20 October," said Sharmin Sultana Sumi, vocalist of the band.
The programs have been arranged by the Bangladeshi residents in Australia. Chirkutt are now sorting out their best songs along with regular practice.
The six-member team along with the sound engineer will return home on 22 October on completion of the 12-day tour.
