Chhatra Union's top 5 leaders receive threat in letter
The top leaders of bangladesh Chhatra Union on Friday received death threat by a letter.

The letter reached the organization's central office at city's Muktibhaban this afternoon.

Chhatra Union president Mehedi Hasan Nobel confirmed the matter, reports a Bangla online news portal.

Mehedi Hasan said seal of Bhola's Char Fasson post office was attached in the letter. In address of sender, name of Abdul Halim of Borhanuddin upazila was mentioned. 

Mehedi Hasan also said names of five were mentioned in the letter. The rest are: Dhaka University unit president Faiz Ullah, Dhaka district unit president Ariful Islam Sabbir, Dhaka city president Zahar Lal Roy, and Jahangirnagar University president Nazir Amin Chowdhury Joy.

The letter read, 'I am not your enemy. I am your friend. Go out from the DU/JU campuses. We will kill you. We will establish Islam'. 

Mehedi Hasan said they will file a general diary (GD) with police station and seek security to police. 

Paltan Police Station sub-inspector Selina Akter said they did not receive such allegation and none came here to lodge GD regarding this.
