Boiler blast kills Ctg paper mill worker
A 17-year-old worker was killed in a boiler explosion at Asia Pacific Paper Mill in Kalurghat area of Chattogram Saturday (Feb 16) morning.
The deceased was identified as Md Arman Alam.
The body was recovered around 3pm, said Agrabad Fire Service Station Deputy Assistant Director Md Jasim Uddin.
Asia Pacific Paper Mill installed plant without any approval. They have no fire-fighting system. Legal action will be taken against the owner, he added.
