BNP MP Harunur Rashid jailed for 5 yrs
A Dhaka court on Monday sentenced BNP lawmaker Harunur Rashid to five years imprisonment in a graft case.
Dhaka Special Judge Court-4 Judge Sheikh Nazmul Alam handed down the verdict.
The court also fined the BNP leader Tk 50,000. In default, to suffer, six months more in jail..
The anti-graft body filed a tax-evasion case against the BNP leader.
