Amazon India announced the release of ‘rekindle 2.0’, an initiative made to help women coming back from extended breaks, resume and rebuild their corporate professions. Initiated just as a pilot in 2016, this program has been relaunched with latest features and rewards including ‘Organized onboarding, focused mentoring, adaptable work choices and on-the-work learning that can help women integrate in to the workplace more smoothly.
