Amari brings Chef Nong for upcoming Thai food festival
Amari Dhaka is bringing the exotic tastes of Thailand with a Thai food festival to be held from November 21-30.
The mouth-watering delicacies will be prepared by Thai culinary maestro and Amari’s newly appointed Thai Chef Nong.
Chef Nong, a Thai native, is an expert at presenting authentic Thai cuisine in a contemporary style. He puts his own unique spin to rice items such as Pad Thai Rice Noodle and Masaman Chicken Curry served with Rice Noodle to make them even more delectable.
Also, authentic Thai dishes such as Tom Yum Prawn, Lemongrass Chicken Wing, Panaeng Chicken Curry, Tom Kha Gai, Lamb Rangdang Sabi, Sago with Coconut Cream, Pandan Sticky Rice Mango, Tofu Satay, Pah Goong, Tom Kha Prawn, Pomelo Salad and many more such dishes will be featured on rotation throughout this culinary festival.
The event will be a part of Amaya Food Gallery’s daily interactive dinner buffet available for BDT 4500 NET with Buy One Get One applicable for selected cards.
The buffet spread will include dishes from Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Italian cuisines along with the special Thai culinary spreads by Chef Nong.
Diners can also win a chance to avail round trip couple tickets to Bangkok, courtesy Thai Airways.
