'Alatchakra' Bangladesh's first 3D movie
Young filmmaker Habibur Rahman has made Bangladesh's first full-length Three Dimensional (3D) movie.The movie 'Alatchakra' (A circle of fire) is based on prolific Bangladesh writer Ahmed Sofa's novel with the same name.
The novel was written on the backdrop of Bangladesh liberation war of 1971. Mazaharul Razu is the cinematographer of the movie with camera support from Mumbai-based Skywork Studios.
The first shooting schedule of the cinema is completed. Now the team is working on the next schedule.Versatile actor Ahmed Rubel is in the lead role of 'Alatchakra'. The makers of the movie received a government grant in 2017-2018 fiscal year.
