3 killed Sunamganj road crash
At least three people were killed and three others wounded following a head-on collision between a truck and an auto-rickshaw in Govindaganj town of Chhatak upazila.
The accident happened around 3 pm on Saturday (July 28).
The deceased were identified as Mozammel Haque, 60, of Mullickpur area under Chhatak municipal town, and Shamsul Islam, 45, of Govindaganj. The other one could not be identified.
Out of the 6 injured, 3 died at MAG Osmani Medical College in Sylhet while the rest are receiving treatment there, Roni Miah, sub inspector of Joykolos highway police, confirmed the matter.
