3 children drown in Narsingdi
Three minor girls drowned in a pond in Monohardi upazila of Narsingdi Saturday (August 18).
They are—Mili, 10, Rikta, 11 and Shikha, 9.
On information, police went to the spot and recovered the bodies, Monohardi Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Kabir Rahman told Banglanews.
No autopsies were conducted considering age of the children.
The bodies were handed over to the deceased’s families, added the SI.
