2 youths’ bodies recovered in Keraniganj
Police recovered bodies of two youths from separate places of Keraniganj upazila in Dhaka on Monday noon (Sep 17).
The identities of the deceased, aged around 28 to 32, could not be known yet.
South Keraniganj police station sub-inspector (SI) Khorshed Alam told Banglanews that one of the youth’s bodies, bearing no injury marks, was recovered from Dock Yard area of Tailaghata. On the other hand, the other body, bearing injury marks in abdomen and right hand, was found in Buriganga river.
Keraniganj circle Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Ramanando Sarkar told Banglanews that the bodies were sent to Mitfort Hospital for autopsy. Two separate cases will be filed over the incidents.
