2 workers electrocuted in Bagerhat
Two construction workers were electrocuted and two others burned in the district on Wednesday (September 26).
The deceased were identified as Harej Sheikh, 32, son of Joynal Sheikh, hailed from Bilkul village under Kachua upazila, and Tanjil Molla, 35, son of Sumiz Uddin Molla, hailed from Kakrabil village of the same upazila.
The accident happened in a house, and the matter is under investigation. On the other hand, the injured were treated at Kachua Upazila Health Complex, said Md Rabiul Kabir, officer-in-charge (OC) of Kachua Model Police Station.
