12 police officials of Mirpur Division transferred
Twelve police officials like the deputy commissioner (DC) of Mirpur Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have already been transferred.
The transfer order signed by DMP Commissioner Mohammad Shafiqul Islam issued on Saturday.
DMP's Media and PR Department's deputy commissioner Md Walid Hossain said Mirpur Division's DC Moshtaque Ahmed was transferred to DMP's Protection Division, while ASM Mahtabuddin has been transferred to the Mirpur Division as DC.
Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Mizanur Rahman of Pallabi Zone under Mirpur Division was used in the DMP's Operations Division, as the Operations Division Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Md Ariful Islam was used in Pallabi Zone as the excess Deputy Police Commissioner.
Assistant Police Commissioner of Pallabi Zone Md Firoz Kawser was used in the DMP's Welfare and Forces Division, as the Assistant Commissioner of Welfare and Forces Division Md Shah Kamal was transferred to the Pallabi Zone as assistant commissioner.
Besides, Pallabi Police Station OC Md Nazrul Islam was used in the Prosecution Division, Sutrapur Police Station OC Kazi Wazed Ali was used in Pallabi Police Station as OC, Pallabi Police Station's Inspector (Investigation) Md Abdul Mabud was used in the Lalbagh Division, Inspector Abu Sayeed Al Mamun was transferred to Pallabi Police Station as Inspector (Investigation), Pallabi Police Station's Inspector (Operations) Emranul Islam was delivered to Wari Division and Counter Terrorism Division's Inspector Md Yamin Kabir was used in Pallabi Police Station as Inspector (Operations).
