Vinicius, Mbappe 'Attacked' Over Racial Controversy

Mbappe spoke openly to defend his teammate and went as far as saying that Prestianni should not be allowed to play in the competition anymore. According to Spanish outlet Marca, Chilavert (60) reportedly sympathised with Prestianni and defended the Argentine's alleged controversial statements.
"I sympathise with Prestianni because Vinicius is the first to insult everyone. If you look at the camera, before he says 'cagon' (coward). The first insult came from the black-skinned player," Chilavert said.
Chilavert continued that Benfica should do all it can to protect its player, and that UEFA should not impose any sanctions on him.
"It would lead to the gay, lesbian, and bisexual community being the example to follow. And no, football is a rectangle where men play and where we used to say everything to each other. Since they put the microphone and the video, it’s gay," he revealed.
The former Paraguay international did not stop at Vinicius and turned his criticism toward French star Kylian Mbappe.
The 60-year-old took a personal dig at the former Monaco man and referenced his alleged relationship with Transgender model Ines Rau.
"What can he say? Mbappé talks about values and all that, but he lives with a transvestite. That’s not normal. Everyone can do what they want with their life, but it’s not normal for a man to live with a transvestite. The best thing you can have next to you is a woman," Chilavert said.
