No domestic, int'l flights for a week from Apr 14
The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has decided to suspend all domestic and international flights for weekly from April 14 based on the government decision for a complete lockdown looking to support the spread of Covid-19.

Even so, cargo flights will stay in operation as usual, explained CAAB chairman Air-Vice Marshal M Mofidur Rahman.

Besides, no restriction will be imposed on the movement of chartered flights, cargo flights and particular flights carrying superior commissioners of different countries and foreign nationals, he said.

On April 1, the CAAB suspended the entry of passengers from all European countries, except the united kingdom, and 12 different countries to Bangladesh from April 3.
